About us
Pixelquark is a software and AI engineering studio. We are the product team you can put next to a hard problem — in San Francisco and Hong Kong, shipping since 2014.

Who we are
We started as a small build team that was tired of handing work over a wall. Today we are a mixed studio across San Francisco and Hong Kong, with engineers who have shipped healthcare, fintech, education, and operations products.
The work is the same as it was at the beginning: understand the business, design the smallest honest version, and build it so the next team can keep going.

Our people

Co-Founder
Sets product direction with clients and keeps delivery honest from discovery through launch.

Director of Engineering
Owns architecture quality, team health, and the systems that keep products reliable after go-live.

Head of Product Design
Turns messy constraints into interfaces operators can use on day one — not just in a pitch deck.

Recruiter
Hires engineers and designers for the San Francisco and Hong Kong studios, from first conversation through offer.
The details that show up at 2 a.m. in production are the ones we sweat in the first review.
If we cannot explain the plan in a page, we do not have a plan. Clients see the same picture we do.
We stay close after launch. The team that built it is the team that answers when it bends.

Client stories
Maya Chen
CEO, Harbor Ledger
“They treated the first release like a product, not a ticket pile. We launched with paying customers instead of a slide deck.”
Jonas Berg
CTO, Atelier Rooms
“The team was calm under changing requirements and still kept the architecture honest. That is rare.”
Priya Raman
Head of Product, Stride Lab
“We inherited a stalled mobile app. Pixelquark got it into the stores in nine weeks without rewriting everything for sport.”

Tell us what you are building. We will come back with a plan, a team shape, and a first milestone — not a generic capabilities deck.
